Overview
Thank you for shopping at Workshop Support Services CC.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Workshop Support Services will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days of receipt of the original order. All items returned must be in their original packaging and complete.
How to Return or Exchange your order:
Simply e-mail to: [email protected] to log your return or refund and await your Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
Returns/Refunds: From date of receipt of goods the customer will have 7 working days to log the return and 7 calendar days to return the goods to Workshop Support Services. Address will provided in your RMA email.
To be eligible for a return/refund, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, unless damaged due to shipping. The item/s must be in the original packaging and include the invoice number/receipt of proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your refund amount will be an amount having deducted all incurred courier cost and transaction processing fees during the original order. Returning the product to us will also be at your own expense and is not for our account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refer to instructions above.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the RMA email when the return is approved. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You must only use a reliable courier and make use of fully insured trackable shipping parcel service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
